Task 4 Talking about a change in your life
Task
description
Pupils should think and write how they feel about a change in their lives.Then they get into
pairs and take turns to talk about the change that they have experienced.Their partner
should give them advice on how to react more positively to that change.

1 Read the rubrics carefully with the class.Practise the language needed for the task and
demonstrate the steps by using the cues at each step of the task.
Part A
2 Pupils write about a change in their lives and how they feel about the change on the task
sheet.
3 They also write about what they will miss and what they are looking forward to.
4 More able pupils could write about more than one change in their life.
