Unit 2 What an amazing world! Lesson 8 教学目标 1.学会四会单词sky ,gas, air ,magic. 2.能熟练运用句型How can they fly up in the sky? 3.能够熟读Learn to say部分内容并表演小对话。 学情分析 六年级学生虽然有了一定的英语基础，掌握了一定的英语学习技巧，多数同学对英语学习兴趣浓厚，能发挥自己的主观能动性，能积极参与到各种英语活动中来，但有少数同学学习基础差，不敢参与到有些活动中来。教师要面向全体学生，注意分层教学，激发每一个学生的学习兴趣，使他们都乐于参与到教学活动中来，同时培养他们良好的学习习惯。 重点难点 1.本课时的重点是Learn to say部分的课文及Try to use部分词汇和句型替换练习。要求学生在情境的创设中逐步能够听说读写所有词汇并能在句型中灵活运用。引导学生在理解课文的基础上跟读。表演并能根据教师创设的情境进行对话。 2.本课的难点是Try to use 部分的词汇，单词比较抽象，在教学过程中应该分散难点，从而达到四会。 教学过程 【导入】热身 Greeting T:Class begins! Hello, boys and girls, how are you? Ss: I am fine, and you? (通过师生间亲切的问候，建立轻松，和谐，民主的课堂气氛，使学生很自然地进入语言学习状态。) 【讲授】新课呈现 T: First, let’s look at the screen. 教师播放气球在空中飞的视频。 T:（播放结束后） Oh, what an amazing world! The balloons can fly. Do you want to know why? Ss: Yes. T: Ok. Let’s find out the answer in Lesson 8. 【讲授】新课教学 （一）单词、句子教学 1.教授air（课件展示） T：Now, please look at me. (边往气球里打气边说) I have some balloons, too. （打完气之后，试着让气球飞起来） Oh. The balloons are full of the air. They can’t fly.引出air（课件展示）音标教学，让学生看音标读单词，read it two by two ，师生齐板书。 2.教授gas（课件展示） T： Air is a kind of gas.  学生解释意思，教师问学生字母a发什么音，然后看音标读单词，男生读，女生读，单词速记，师生齐板书。 3.教授be full of（课件展示） T：(手拿气球)The balloons are full of the air.引出be full of（课件展示） T：Our classroom is full of the air.  What’s meaning--- be full of? 学生说出其意思后，教师讲解可以连读，领读，read it one by one.男生读，女生读。 4.教授sky和in the sky (课件展示) T: (拿出氢气球)They can fly up in the sky.引出sky，音标教学，学生看音标读单词，教师讲解/s/  /k/ 轻音浊化，领读，read it two by two五秒钟速记单词，学生比赛，师生齐板书。 T：The balloons are in the sky.课件展示 in the sky,学生解释意思，男生读，女生读，齐读。 5.教授fly up (课件展示) 利用氢气球上升的动作引出fly up.学生解释意思，领读，操练 6.教授How can they fly up in the sky?(课件展示) T:（拿着氢气球问）How can they fly up in the sky? 学生解释意思，领读，read it one by one ,男女阶梯式读，What’s missing?读，反复操练后，老师板书，学生书空。 7. 教授search on the net(课件展示) T：How can they fly up in the sky? Ss:随便说。 T: Yes or No. I’m not sure. Let’s search on the net. 播放视频，展示搜索的过程，然后让学生说出search on the net 的意思，操练。 8. 教授special (课件展示) （点击搜索）The balloons are full of this special gas. T:special特殊的；
