Do you know the reason? Vocabulary be absent from … 缺席…… Tom 今天没有来上英语课。 e.g. Tom is absent from English class today. (3). What are you going to do on weekend?  比较： weekday 工作日 Vocabulary at/on (the) weekend 在周末 (7). country n. 乡村 e.g. 你住在乡村吗？ Do you live in the country? 同义扩展：countryside 乡村 Vocabulary (8). lucky adj. 幸运的 luckily adv. 幸运地 e.g. You are so lucky! 你真幸运! e.
