Section 4　Reading for Writing [写作技法] 个人简介 本单元的写作任务是写个人简介。个人简介就是对个人的姓名、年龄、经历、特长、爱好及其他情况所做的简明扼要的书面介绍。个人简介属于应用文的写作范畴，通常包括个人介绍、应聘信、申请信、推荐信等。 常用表达 1．首段常用句式 I’m Li Hua from China，a fifteen-year-old boy.我是李华，一名来自中国的15岁男孩。 I am a fourteen-year-old boy named Tom in Xinghua Senior High School. 我是一名来自兴华高中的叫汤姆的14岁的男孩。 I am Li Ming，a 15-year-old junior school student from a teacher’s family. 我是李明，一个15岁的初中生，我来自一个教师家庭。 2．中段常用句式 She is easygoing and outgoing and able to get on well with others. 她很随和、外向，能够与别人友好相处。 I am optimistic and confident.我乐观且自信。 I am curious about everything. 我对一切事物都很好奇。 As for hobby，I enjoy playing football，which makes it possible for me to make friends with the same interest.至于爱好，我喜欢踢足球，这使我能够结交志趣相投的朋友。 Not only does he show interest in science but also he has a gift for music. 他不仅对科学感兴趣，而且有音乐天赋。 She is tall and slim with big eyes and curly hair.她又高又瘦，有一双大眼睛和一头卷发。 I have short black hair，and my eyes are big. 我有一头黑色短发，而且我的眼睛很大。 3．尾段常用句式 I plan to become a scientist in the future. 将来我打算成为一名科学家。 My dream/goal is to open a company in the future.我的梦想/目标是将来创办一家公司。 典例展示 假如你是某校高一(6)班学生李华，学校英语社团(the English Society)现在要招募新成员，你有意参加该社团。请你用英文给社长Johnson写一封自荐信。内容如下： 1．写信目的； 2．个人情况介绍(兴趣、英语水平、技能以及性格等)。 注意：写作词数应为80左右。 范文赏读 Dear Johnson， I’m Li Hua from Class 6，Grade 1.Hearing that new members are wanted in the English Society，I’m willing to join it.
