Unit 1 What is your father? Part A 教学设计 新设计 教材分析 本单元以介绍中国杰出人物为主要话题，通过对人物现在以及以往事迹的介绍，交叉使用不同的时态，引导学生对所学的语言知识进行整合运用。本单元的教学可分为4个课时，第一课时以的职业词汇的教学为主。借助句型What is ...?复习部分职业词汇，从而逐步教授本单元更多关于职业的词汇。 教学目标 1、知识目标 （1）能听、说、读、写词汇:  pupil, actor, singer, scientist, police officer, basketball player. （2）能听懂、认识功能句：Who’s...? What does...do? 并能准确作答。学会用功能句...is a/an...表述他人的职业。 2、能力目标 能用所学到的语言知识与实际生活结合起来，使学习过程生活化。 3、情感目标 (1)引导学生了解英语中职业名称的性别差异。 (2)培养学生的合作意识，引导其积极与他人合作，运用所学英语进行交流，共同完成学习任务。 学情分析 学生已经学习了家庭成员的单词之后，以询问某人的职业为线索，来学习职业词汇。 重点难点 1、能听、说、读、写词汇:  pupil, actor, singer, scientist, police  officer,basketball player. 2、能用所学到的语言知识与实际生活结合起来，使学习过程生活化。 教学过程 【导入】Part A Step 1: Warming up 1.    Greetings. T:    Yes, it’s... I feel ... What about you? 2.    Look, listen and write.(课件播放英文职业歌视频，全体同学边听边写出你所听到的职业词汇，个别展示在黑板上。) （设计理念：通过听歌唱歌，激发学生的兴趣和参与热情） 【讲授】Part A Step 2: Lead-in. 1、Look and choose.（课本15页) Show the words of jobs, then read them all together.    复习练习用句型“What is ...?”逐一引出答案。  What is this man?      He is a driver.(板书)   变化提问方式，反复复习句型。 2、Talk about the pictures above.     同桌参与本部分范例，就上面的图片进行对话练习，然后展示。 课件本班学生照片，提问： T:Who is this girl?　　Ss: She is...（引导姓名） T:What is she?         Ss: She is a student.(板书课题) Step 3: New presentation Part A   Let’s learn.（课件呈现） pupil 发音强调：u /ju:/,i 不发音 ，加强记忆，造句练习。 Wu Ming /He/ She is a pupil. 2、  basketball player  (板书课题)      T: Who’s that man ？   Ss: He is Yao Ming .
