Leading In i .课前热身 教师通过Free talk环节将学生自然地引入英语学习氛围。教师逐一展示天安门、三亚、钟楼、自由女神、埃菲尔铁塔、伦敦桥的图片与学生进行简单交流，复习句型Where are you from? I’m from... (通过这项活动复习国家名称和Part A中的句子。) ii.新课导入 Let’s watch a video. 教师用PPT播放自己旅游时拍的一些照片,让学生了解一些城市。通过询问大熊猫的家乡，引出课题Unit 8 Where are you from? （通过这项活动激发学生学习本课的兴趣，了解更多的城市名。） II. Presentation i. 新课展示 Part B Let’s learn more 教师借助PPT课件，通过提问袋鼠来自哪里，出示今天要学的句型: Where do you come from? I come from … 1.微课讲授be from 和 come from 的用法。 2.出示一张世界地图，请学生在地图上找到中国、澳大利亚。 T：Where is China? Where is Australia? 教师就中国和澳大利亚的地理位置，引导学生学习句型： Australia is far from China. Australia is far away. 板书：Australia / far from / China 3.What countries do you know? 课件出示各国的国旗，让学生说出自己知道的国家名称，并用卡片练习： T：Where do you come from?
