Ability Objectives 1、Studentscan catch the important points about names, times, places and things.    2、Studentscan describe the pictures with the help of some words and retell the story. 3、Studentsshould know how to express some measures to protect the earth. Moral Objectives Students can have a knowledge about the seaand the earth, and they can know the importance of protecting the earth. Andthen protect the earth by themselves. 2学情分析 七年级学生目前大部分有明确的学习目标,学习态度端正,学习积极性高,有一定的理解能力和分析判断推理能力。我校学生是农村学生,与城市学生在英语学习中存在很严重的差距,而且这种差距在进入初中阶段后越来越大。在这次英语教材变为沪教版教材时,学生明显学习较为吃力。但总体来说,学生有热情有积极性,但是学习自主性不太强,基础较薄弱。 3重点难点 Teaching Importance Students can catch the important points about names, times, places and things Teaching Difficulties Students can know the importance of protecting the earth, and then protect the earth by themselves. 4教学过程4.1 第一学时4.1.1教学活动活动1【导入】The　Earth Watch the movie about the Earth. 活动2【活动】Presentation Students describe the pictures they see about two different pictures of the Earth. 活动3【活动】Listening Students do the listening about the sea facts. 活动4【导入】Knowledge　quize Students have a knowledge quiz between boys and girls about The Earth. 活动5【活动】Brainstorming Students can have a brainstorming about the Earth, and they can write down some related words they  as many as they know about the Earth. 活动6【活动】Oral　practice Students look at the picture about the sick Earth, and they can talk about the sickness of it. Try to use "There be" sentence pattern. 活动7【活动】Discussion Students have a discussion about  "How to protect our Earth" ? Students should be cofident and talk it freely. 活动8【活动】Summary Students summarize the class by themselves, including the key words and phrases, some sea facts from listening, and some measures to protect our Earth. 活动9【作业】Home
