Warm Up
1. Greeting.
2. Watch a video about animals.
师生打招呼,看动物相关视频。
Presentation
1. Show ss some words and find the words missing in the table as soon as possible. (rabbit, dog, hamster, cat, big, small)
2. Lead ss to read the story by themselves and circle the words about animals and underline their characteristics.
3. Listen to the story time and imitate. Ss read together, then in groups and at last read by themselves.
通过找出丢失的单词考察学生的记忆能力。引导学生自己阅读故事提取关键信息,提高阅读能力。跟读课文,模仿语音语调。
Practice
1. Do a role-play and then Invite ss to show.
2.Draw and say
Ask ss to draw the animals they have/like. Use sentence pattern “I have a… It’s….”to talk about the animals they draw.
分角色表演故事,画一画说一说,让学生应用所学知识进行表达。

Read and match
Show some sentences and pictures. Ask ss to match the sentences with the correct pictures.
