1. Greeting.
2. Enjoy the song: Sing the song “This is my uncle”
师生打招呼,歌曲活跃课堂。
Presentation
1. Play a game: Magic ears. Play the sound of animals and let ss guess the name of animals. (Moo! Moo! - cow, Woof! Woof! - dog, Quack! Quack! - duck)
2. Teach the words “dog” ”cat” “rabbit” ”hamster”. Show ss pictures and let ss look and say.
3. Teach the words “big” ”small”. Lead ss to distinguish between “big” and “small” by looking at different pictures. Ask and answer: How do they look like?
通过叫声游戏吸引入本课重点单词,吸引学生兴趣。通过图片将单词及意思对应起来,直观形象的帮助学生理解。
Practice
1. Show ss more pictures. Encourage ss to use sentence pattern “I have a ... It’s....”to make their own sentences.
2. Play a game: Little detective
Ss helps to find the missing animals according to the description. Teacher demonstrate how to play the game first and then invite ss to be the little teacher.
