本课是单元的导入课,激活学生关于矛盾主题的背景知识,为整个单元的话题和语言做铺垫。本课呈现了生活中常见的矛盾以及人们处理矛盾的方式,帮助学生联系自己生活,初步了解话题,在主题语境中学习相关语言,思考如何恰当处理这些问题。

1. 获取并梳理听力语篇的主要信息;
2. 模拟顾客与服务人员处理问题的情景,分角色表演对话;

Step 1 Warming-up
Do you sometimes come into conflict with your friends or family members? How do you resolve conflicts? Use the phrases to help you.

引入话题, 激活学生已有知识;同时积极引导学生回顾、拓展与话题相关的表达。

Read the text builder carefully and learn some new words.
在听前帮助学生解决词汇障碍,为接下来的听力活动做铺垫。
Step 3 While-Listening
