【教学目标】

Have students communicate with the knowledge they have learned in this unit. Cultural Notes: Know the background knowledge of the caterpillar degeneration.
Learning Strategy: To improve abilities of asking and using the learnt sentences; To help Ss to learn cooperate with each other. To help Ss know how to predict the story with the given pictures.
Emotional attitude: To choose healthy food. To cooperate with group members.
【教学重难点】 Key points: Ss can use the sentence pattern to retell the story. To review the words and sentences of this unit. To master the main idea of the story .
To talk about My Caterpillar. Difficult points: It’s difficult for Ss to read the verb phrases “eat through”. So teacher will use the monster practice help Ss to remember it. To help Ss use the sentence patterns to express their own caterpillar.
