Lesson 32: My Favourite Record 设计说明 首先通过谈论图片，让学生了解一些吉尼斯世界纪录，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，并且让学生会用简单的最高级描述图片，引入教材Think about it的学习。了解吉尼斯世界纪录后再来详细了解Danny的班级记录。提出两个问题，让学生们带着问题听课文录音，要求学生整体感知课文，获取关键信息。接着，读短文。利用Let’s do it!中的练习题对文章内容进行巩固。讲授本节课的重要知识点，并通过当堂达标的题目巩固所学知识。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学，学生达成以下目标： 1.知识目标 掌握单词：thick, photograph, lift, weigh, kilo, several 短语和句型：more than, have fun with, win first place; Mine flew farther than Jenny’s airplane，but Brian’s flew the farthest.
