UNIT 4　The Internet Connects Us Lesson 21: Books or Computers? 设计说明 首先, 让学生结对问答一些关于阅读的问题，如是否喜欢阅读，今年读过多少本书，喜欢读纸质书还是电子书等，从而过渡到本课的学习。接着学习本课的生词，并利用图片进行练习，为学习课文做好充分的准备。再次，通过阅读排序、阅读回答问题、阅读填空、阅读找出重要表达等来层层加深对课文的理解和学习，并要求学生复述课文。最后，总结课堂内容，并进行自我检测。本节课讲练结合，层层递进，使学生高效学习，掌握所学内容。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学，学生达成以下目标： 1.知识目标 掌握词汇：appear, modern, electronic, sell 接触词汇：press 短语：pass on, by hand, printing press, keep on 2.能力目标 能理解短文语言，了解图书的发展历史，能简单地描述各个时期的特点。 3.情感目标 尊重知识，爱护图书，养成热爱阅读的好习惯。 重点难点 1.重点：本节课重点单词; 理解并朗读课文。 2.难点：能用英语谈论图书的发展历史。 教学准备 PPT 课件；课文音频 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1　Review 1.
