IV.Teaching procedures Step 1 Lead-in 1.The topic of the lesson is "A good read",you know "read"?Here it means“读物”，and when we mention“read",it's mainly about“books'”. When we get a book,what can we talk about books? 2.Ss say sth.about books. 3.So when we get a book,we can talk about the book you like,the book you dislike,the type of the book... Step 2 Presentation 1.the book you know Show some pictures of different books and let ss say the names of books 2.Different type of book Show pictures of books and say the type of book 3.The writer of the book Show the four great classical Chinese novels and other 3 books. Play a game about it:match the names and the writers. 4.You and books Ask ss what type of book they like and the reason. Make a dialogue to talk about books. 5.Sandy,Daniel and books Listen to S and D's dialogue and answer the questions Read the dialogue 6.Eddie and books Listen to the dialogue and answer the question Read the dialogue Step 3 Conclusion How to treat the book?
