What are cows doing? --- The cows are drinking water . 2. 思维能力： （1）学习并掌握现在进行时的语言结构：Be ( am/ is / are ) + doing(现在分词) （2）能正确理解并流利朗读活动2的句子 ，能完成活动3和活动5的操练。。 3. 学习目标： 学生能学习并掌握现在进行时的语言结构，并能模仿课文，能用be+动词ing的句型描述 正在发生的事情。 4. 文化品格： (1) 让学生有兴趣用英语表达，能积极参与课堂活动，学会用英语来与人交流正在做的事情。 (2)培养学生用英语描述图片场景的习惯，使英语生活化，体验用英语交流带来的乐趣。二、教学重点 （1）理解并运用句型 ：What are you doing? --- I am cleaning my room. What are cows doing? --- The cows are drinking water . （2）学生能掌握现在进行时的语言结构，能用be+动词ing的句型描述正在发生的事情。 三、教学难点 学生能掌握现在进行时的语言结构，能用be+动词ing的句型向不在场的人描述所看到的场景。 四、教学准备 PPT、单词卡片、课文图片、配套资光盘。 五、教学流程 Step 1 .Warming up and review 1. Greetings. （师生间进行简单的问候。） 2. Let’s review Step 2. Presentation （学习Activity 1 Look,listen and say） 1.Look and answer Q1:Where are they? Q2:What is Daming doing? Q3:What is Simon doing? Q4：What is the cat doing? 2.Watch and follow 教师播放第一部分的动画视频，学生观看视频并尝试跟读；教师每句依次范读，学生跟读。 3.Listen and repeat （学习Activity 2.Listen and read） 1.Look and think T:What’s this? Ss:It’s a letter. T:Yes,there is a letter from Daming to Lingling. It told what was happening in the photo. T:What's the weather like?引出“windy”教读 T:What can you see?出示图片，学习单词blow 、cow、rabbit . 2.Watch and follow 3.Listen and answer Q1:What is Daming doing? Answer:He is playing hide-and-seek with Simon. Q2:Are they happy? Answer:Yes, they are. They are having a lovely time. 4.Read and match 回到课本，让学生两人一组尝试用现在进行时来描述这些图片（老师可以多加引导）。 The cows are drinking water. The rabbits are jumping.等。 5.Listen and imitate Step3.Practice 1.Read and fill 2.Look , listen and write ⑴出示图片，把需要填空的关键单词用图片先呈现给学生，为接下来的听音填空做准备。 ⑵播放录音，学生听录音填空。 ⑶师生交流， 核对答案。 3.Write and say T:Let's write a story with the following words and expressions. Then tell the class about it.You can write like this. 4.Listen and say.Then chant . 1. 教师播放歌曲录音，先让学生整体欣赏歌曲， ，学生可以跟着录音打节拍。 2. 出示歌谣文本，教师述说歌谣大意。 3. 再次播放录音，每句后停顿，让学生跟唱。最后集体演唱。
