Teaching aims and learning objectives By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: 1. talk about different animals in the zoo with new words and phrases; 2. tell people where the place for each kind of animal is; 3. scan the passage to find the special information. II. Teaching contents 1. New words and phrases: everybody, straight, on, bamboo, along, road, king, remember, that, dangerous, sound, forest, funny, laugh, giraffe, quite, neck, leaf, north-east, bridge, cross, all day long, make beautiful sounds, make people laugh 2.
