I live in a flat in the centre of Moscow.I share a bedroom with my sister.I have my own bedroom and bathroom. I love to sit there and look out at the beach and the sea. III.Focus of the lesson and predicted area of difficulty 1.To talk about different parts of a home; 2.To remember the details of the three homes in the article; 3.To promote the favourite home among the three. IV.Teaching procedures Step I Lead-in Introduce the teacher Ms.Hua's home from the following aspects: What's the type of home?(house or flat?)Which floor is it on? Is it big or small?How many rooms? What's the function of different rooms? Step 2 Reading 1.Show pictures of a house,a flat and a seaview villa,tell the differences of a house and a flat. A house is usually in the town or countryside,it has two or three floors.And in front of it,there is a garden with beautiful flowers in it. A flat is usually in a tall building.There are usually many families living in the same flatbuilding.People in a flat building shares stairs and lifts to go up and down. 2.Watch and think (1)Watch the video of the text and think about two questions: Whose homes?Where are they from?
