To know names of the countries 【新知研习1】 1.Teacher says there are lots of countries in the world, What countries in the world do you know?By asking this question , the students may answer “China,America,England…..”.the teacher can do a group match to see which group can tell the class the most names of the countries. In this way, the students certainly want to know the names of other countries. So ,the teacher can present the name of countries :France ,Japan, Russia, Thailand with the pictures on P7. 2.Write France, Japan, Russia, Thailand on the blackboard ,ask students to read them fluently. 3. Present the capitals of the countries. First, the teacher tells the students “Beijing is the capital of China”, do you know the capitals of other countries ?
