被动语态(二) 特殊考点 一.主动语态表被动意义 1.sell, clean, wash, cut, drive, wear, write等动词,当句子的主语为物时,有状语well, easily, badly来修饰时,用主动形式表达被动意义。 The car drives well. The cloth washes easily. The pen writes well. The book sells well. 2. 感官系动词look, sound, taste, smell, feel等,主动语态表被动意义。 The cake tastes delicious. 3. 在be worth doing主动形式表被动。 The book is worth reading. 4.want/need/require+doing 相当于want/need/require+to be done My bike needs repairing. = 2. 不用转为被动的情况 当主动句的宾语是each other或反身代词时,不能用被动。 The man introduced himself to us. Himself was introduce to us.(错误) They help each other study English. Each other is helped to study English.(错误) 主句的谓语时表示状态的及物动词时 We will have a meeting. A meeting will be had by us.(错误) 当主动句的宾语是不定式或者动名词时 My mother enjoys watching TV. Watching TV is enjoyed by my mother.(错误) He asked to have a try. To have a try was asked by him.(错误) 三.初中教材中与被动语态相关的句型 1.be covered with被……覆盖 We hope the desert would be covered with trees. 2. be made of由……制作(发生物理变化) The pipes should be made of plastic. be made from由……制作(发生化学变化) It can be made from various materials like steel, glass, plastic or transparent materials. be made in由(某地)制造 This watch is made in China. be made by被(某人)制造 The cake is made by my mom. 3. be used for被用来…… The money will be used for the upkeep of the park. be used as被当作(作为)……来使用 GDP will, of course, continue to be used as a measure of market activity. be used to do sth.被用来做某事 The wood is used to make desk. used to do 过去常常做某事 He used not to get up early be used to doing 习惯于做某事 I am used to getting up early 4.
