Shorts are good, or you can wear light trousers. 语法详解 并列复合句 并列复合句是指由并列连词and，but，or等把两个或两个以上的简单句连在一起而构成的句子。 一、并列复合句的构成 并列复合句的基本结构是：简单句＋并列连词＋简单句。如： She gave me a present and I liked it very much. 二、常见的并列连词 并列连词 用法 例句 and 表示并列关系 I help him and he helps me. or 表示选择关系(或者；还是)或表示条件关系(否则；要不然) The children can go with us, or they can stay at home. (表示选择) Hurry up, or we will be late. (表示条件关系) but 表示转折关系 She was tired, but she did not stop working. 注意：but不能与though/although同时在一个句子中使用 三、使用并列复合句需要注意的情况： 1．并列复合句有时可不用连词，而用分号隔开(前后句之间的关系须紧密)。如： I'm Chinese; I speak Chinese. 我是中国人，我说汉语。 2．并列连词后面的简单句如果与前面的简单句有相同的部分，则相同的部分常可省略。如： Sam put on his hat and (Sam) went out. 汤姆戴上帽子，出去了。 ◎课时训练 一、单项填空。 (B)1.Take more exercise, ______ you'll be healthier.
