一、动词-ed形式作表语

[明规则]
1.动词-ed形式作表语,在功能上相当于形容词,多表示主语所处的状态,多位于系动词之后。
The students are fully prepared.
学生们已经做好了充分的准备。(表示状态)
Hearing the news, we all felt very surprised.
听到这个消息,我们都感到很惊讶。(表示感受)
2.动词-ed形式作表语与被动语态相似,区别在于作表语的动词-ed形式表示主语的感受或状态,而被动语态中的动词-ed形式强调动作,重点说明动作由谁完成、怎样完成。
All the doors are locked.
所有的门都是锁着的。(作表语,表示状态)
All the doors were locked by the guard.
所有的门都被卫兵锁上了。(被动语态,强调动作)
