输入轴零件结构比较简单,可视作由同轴线的各圆柱段组成。要建立该零件模型,需看懂输入轴零件图。建模时先绘制一圆柱段的基本草图,利用拉伸特征建立圆柱特征。用相同方法依次创建各轴段特征。然后在相应轴段上利用切除-拉伸功能分别完成各键槽的创建。最后对各轴段进行圆角、倒角处理,从而完成输入轴的三维模型造型。输入轴建模过程如图9-2所示。
