What do these fruits and nuts have in common? 2. Do you often use plastic packets and boxes? 3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using them? 设计意图:利用学生熟悉的生活图片,导入“塑料包装”话题。并让学生讨论其优缺点,为以下听力做好准备。 Step 2 Listen for understanding 1. Skill Builder: Identifying opinions. 2. You are going to listen to two people, Kevin and Alicia, talking about plastic packets. Use the Skill Builder to decide whose opinion each statement is from. Write K (Kevin) or A (Alicia). 3. Listen again and decide if they are for or against plastic packaging and find out their reasons. 4. Listen again and complete the summary. 设计意图:引导学生在了解识别观点的策略上,完成正反方判断,最后完成summary填空。 Step 3 Role Play You are going to role-play Kevin and Alicia. Have a discussion on plastic packaging using the speakers’ viewpoints listed in the table. Organize your discussion into a short passage. Do remember to use some newly-learnt expressions in your writing. 2.
