4.express instructions with imperative sentences.
5.eat more healthy food and less junk food to keep healthy.

Step 1: Greeting

1. Have a brain twister. Let the students think about how to put the giraffe in the fridge? Lead in “First…Then…Finally…” to describe the process.
Ask the students how to put the elephant in the fridge. Lead in “First…Next…Then…Finally…” to describe the process .
2. What do we usually keep in the fridge? Let the students have a brainstorm to review the names of the vegetables and fruit. Make sure they know what are healthy food and what are junk food. Lead the students to eat more healthy food and less junk food.
T: Fruit and milk are both healthy. If we mix fruit and milk, what will we get? (Milk shakes.) Today we’ll learn how to make a banana milk shake.
