Section Ⅰ　Starting out & Understanding ideas The technology in the work that Xu Liping has been doing is still a tough problem in the world,which cannot be done by machine.Everything in his work relies on manual work.If there is something wrong with his operation,there will be an instant explosion.“If I fail to cut according to the standard of 0.5 mm or 0.2 mm,the product would be useless,” Xu said.In thousands of manufacturing processes,the engine solid fuel is extremely critical.0.5 mm is the maximum error allowed but the error he made was only 0.2 mm,which is perfect for the professionals.His ability and excellent skills are admired by his teacher,an excellent worker as Xu.Actually this is rather dangerous work and there are only 20 people who are qualified for the job,but the most outstanding one must be Xu Liping.Years of hard work makes his body lean to one side.He does deserve the title people give him for his all these years’ efforts.
