Unit 7 Seasons Reading (Ⅰ) 一、教学目标 1. 掌握本课重点词汇和短语：shower, upon, as, temperature, drop, butterfly, memory, stream, shade, pile, harvest, crop, be full of, forget to grow等。 2. 掌握以下重点句型： What a perfect time to fly a kite! Farmers work to harvest crops, as the days are shorter and temperature drops. 3. 能够读懂有关四季的诗歌，获取作者对四季的描述以及诗歌的结构。 4. 能够运用诗歌的方式，谈论自己最喜欢的季节。 5. 学会赏析诗歌，品味四季美景，热爱生活。 二、教学重点及难点 重点： 1.能够掌握本课重点单词和句型。 2.能够读懂有关四季的诗歌，获取作者对四季的描述以及诗歌的结构。 难点： 能够运用诗歌的方式，谈论自己最喜欢的季节。 三、教学过程 Step 1 Warming-up Guide Ss to have a free talk. 【设计意图】通过自由讨论活动，引导学生讨论自己最喜欢的季节及原因，导入本课话题。 Step 2 Pre-reading 1. Guide Ss to look at the pictures and learn the new words. 2. Guide Ss to match the words with the meanings. 【设计意图】通过图文结合及匹配活动，学习新词，扫清词汇障碍，降低阅读难度。 Step 3 While-reading 1. Read the article and answer the question. 2. Read the article and find its outline. 【设计意图】通过阅读文章，引导学生关注文章的类型、结构，理解语篇情境和诗歌基本知识。 3. Guide Ss to read stanza 1＆2 and answer the questions. 4. Guide Ss to read stanza 3 and fill in the blanks. 5.
