Then listen and repeat.读一读， 听一听，说一说。 Step l 老师呈现不同节日图片，并提问：What festival is it? When is it? What do we often do on this day?引导学生说出对不同节日的了解。 Step 2 学生打开课本到第20页，自主阅读两段短文，通过回答问题What festivals are they?初步了解文章大意。 Step 3老师提问What do you know about Mid-Autumn Festival and Thanksgiving from the passage? 学生再次阅读短文，找出相关信息回答问题，进一步理解短文内容。 Step 4老师播放录音，学生逐句跟读，借助图片，学习get together, moon cake, turkey等生词和短语。 Step 5学生采用不同形式朗读短文，如全班读、分组读、分段读等。 Step 6老师分别呈现中秋节和感恩节的图片，引导学生描述，并选出几人进行展示，老师给予指导和评价。 Step 7老师示范描述其他节日，其余节日的名称，全班开展游戏。 录音稿： Mid-Autumn Festival The 15th day of the Chinese lunar August is a very important festival in China.
