bread、 juice、 meat、 milk、 rice、 water等均为不可数名词,无复数形式。如:

a few与a little的区别
a few表示数的“几个”,与可数名词复数连用; a little则表示量的“一点儿”,与不可数名词连用。如:

Wang Bing drinks a little coffee every morning. 王兵每天早上喝一点儿咖啡。

many、 much与a lot of的区别
many、 much和a lot of都意为“许多”,但它们的用法有一定区别。 many后只能跟可数名词复数, much后跟不可数名词, a lot of后既可跟可数名词复数,又可以跟不可数名词,等同于lots of。如:
There are many/a lot of boxes on the table. 桌上有许多盒子。
There’s much/a lot of water in the glass.
玻璃杯里有许多水。
