Unit 7 We need to make some preparations before we travel. （第四课时 教学设计） 一、教材分析 1．教学内容 本课时系教材本课时系教材《英语基础教程》（2）第七单元的第四课时，包括Vocabulary practice和Supplementary reading，具体内容为：利用各种语境练习词汇，对本单元重点词汇复习巩固；完成拓展阅读。 2．教学重点、难点 ⑴教学重点 复习巩固本单元所学单词和短语。 ⑵教学难点 引导学生学会自我总结的方法。 二、教学目标 1.知识目标 ⑴复习巩固本单元所学单词和短语。 ⑵完成拓展阅读。 2.能力目标 (1)引导学生学会自我归纳总结的方法。 (2)能熟练拼写重点词汇。 (3)能读懂关于以旅行攻略为主题的文章 3.情感目标 掌握基本的外出旅行常识，开阔学生的眼界，树立正确的世界观，了解多元文化，热爱生活，提升国际意识。 三、教学步骤 Step One Revision 1.Review words and expressions. Teacher lead the students to make a sentence or phrase with the word. e.g.: book --- I have booked the hotel, don’t worry. promotion--- There will be a big promotion in the shopping mall next month. 2.Have the students divide the words into three groups. Group 1--- nouns(insurance, visa, promotion, choice, beach, sunset, preparation, blog...) Group 2--- verbs(book, lie, share, experience, post, recommend, drift, bargain...) Group 3--- adj/adv(spicy, ...) （设计意图:通过组词造句，学复习词语的用法，提高学生使用词汇的能力；通过词语分类，帮助学生理清思路；通过造句游戏
