①the minute 表示“一......就......”,相当于the moment, the second, when或as soon as,引导时间状语从句,其后省略了that。
②通常情况下主从句时态要一致。但若主句用一般将来时,从句则要用一般现在时,即遵循“主将从现”原则。

②neither作代词,意为“两者都不”,常与of连用,后接复数名词,作主语时,其谓语动词常用单数。
