S1:What’s your first name? S2:My first name is... S1:What’s your last name? S2:My last name is... 3.Ask ten of the students to come to the front of class or just stay where they are.Give each of them a piece of paper with a famous person’s name.Then get other students to interview them and let them introduce the person. Step 2 Work on 3a 1.Show some ID cards on the screen.Ask the students to guess which names are first names and which are last names. 2.Point out the sample answers.Then have the students finish the exercise in 3a on their own. 3.Check the answers. Step 3 Work on 3b 1.Let the students fill in their own ID card. 2.Then have the students introduce themselves according to the ID card. 3.Invite several students to share their introductions in class. 4.Share some skills with the students.
