Grammar Two 状语从句 状语从句 原因状语从句 如果从句表示的是主句行为的原因，就构成原因状语从句，常由because引导。 eg：He failed the exam because he was too careless. since也可以用来引导原因状语从句，表示显然的或已为人所知的理由，常译为“因为，既然”。 eg: Since everybody is here, let’s begin our meeting. 注意：because不能与so连用。 since和as语气较弱，引导的原因状语从句多放于句首。 状语从句 目的状语从句 如果从句表示的是主句行为的目的，该从句就是目的状语从句，常由so that 引导。 目的状语从句有一个特点，从句中一般都含有表示可能性的词语，比如can, could , will, would等。 例：I got up early so that I can catch the bus. in order that可引导结果状语从句，当从句主语与主句主语一致时，可与so that替换。 状语从句 结果状语从句 本模块中的结果状语从句是由so，so...that 引导的，表示“ 由于某个行为而导致的结果”，so引导的结果状语从句不能放在句首。 eg: He worked too hard, so he felt ill again. so...that...意为”如此...以至于...”，so是副词，后接形容词或副词，that后接句子。
