He can help the boys find the Italian restaurant.”“Follow me, please!”“My new GPS works!”“Is it far?”“I’ll tell Grandpa.”的理解。 3. 不同句子朗读时的升降调。 三、教学准备 教师准备本课时的音频、图片和教学课件。 教学过程 Step 1: Review & Lead in（复习&导入） 1. 旧知复习 教师利用课件呈现本单元重点词汇，和学生一起玩Sharp eyes游戏，复习本单元重点词汇。 2. 新课导入 教师呈现本部分的四幅插图，提问：Do you know these things? What are they for? 学生讨论后，教师带读这四个单词map、compass、GPS和stars。 教师引导学生看图，引导学生进行读前预测。教师介绍：Wu Yifan and his friends wanted to go to the Italian restaurant. How did they go there? What places did they pass by? Step 2: Presentation & Practice（新课呈现&当堂操练） 1. 对话呈现 （1）要求学生快速阅读，用横线画出Wu Yifan和Mike经过的地点。 How many places did they pass by? What are they? （2）要求学生细读文章，回答问题。 Q1: What is Robin’s new feature? A. He can find food. B. He can find the way. Q2: Which word under the fourth picture means“奏效；起作用”?_________ （3）教师播放课本录音，学生跟读，模仿正确的语音、语调。 2. 读一读，画一画 （1）学生再次阅读课文，圈出文中表示方位的介词和表示路线的短语。 3. 复述故事 （1）学生根据课文信息，完成课文填空练习，复述故事。 （2）学生四人一组，根据课文信息，制作一张吴一凡去参观的线路图。比一比哪组的图文漂亮、准确。 4. Listen, look and say （1）教师播放录音，并解释英语句子有不同的声调：一般情况下，肯定句、特殊疑问句用降调，一般疑问句用升调，并引出祈使句在这里是礼貌请求，语气要委婉，用升调。 （2）让学生读一读这四个句子，注意升降调。 Step 3: Consolidation & Extension（巩固&拓展） 1.学生仿照教材第9页的课文复述板块，来描述自己从家前往某地的路线，并用线路图画出来。例如： I want to buy some books in Xinhua Bookstore. I … 2. 学生试读句子，注意升降调。然后选出几名代表站起来读一读。 My new GPS works! Is it far? Follow me, please! Where is the restaurant? Let’s turn right and then turn right again.
