Plants also make everything look beautiful. 本课时的教学内容是冀教版八年级下册英语第二单元的第二课时,主要涉及介绍植物的重要性。在授课之前先让学生准备几张有关沙尘暴、水土流失、洪水、山体滑坡一类的照片。课上可以让学生通过小组合作的形式相互交流;在此基础上,教师通过幻灯片、图片向学生展示沙尘暴和洪水的照片,同时告诉学生如何用英语介绍这些活动,了解植物的重要性,保护好植物就是保护我们自己。 设计教学PPT,录音机,多媒体,图片,照片和单词卡片。 StepⅠ.Lead in Leading in 【情景1】 T:Are there a lot of trees where you live? Ss:Yes/No. T:Why do we need trees/What kind of things can plants do? S1:Help to catch the soil. S2:Protect the earth. Show some pictures about forests and other plants to the class.Let the students discuss the questions in groups.Then let them present their results in front of the class.
