Dear Mike,
I have just received your letter telling me that you’ve won the first place in the English Writing
Competition. I’m so proud of you that I’m writing to express my heartfelt congratulations.

Could you share your ideas concerning my problems?
Congratulations to you again!
Yours,
Li Hua
