Dear Ben,
I am glad to hear that you want to know some information about tai chi.
Tai chi is believed to have been developed by Chen Wangting, a 17th-century master of Chinese martial arts. Tai chi is deeply rooted in the Chinese philosophy of yin and yang, forming the unity of opposites.

I hope that you can practice tai chi one day and enjoy the benefits it will bring.
Yours,
Li Hua
