The article is about the relationship between colours and moods form a magazine. The students have learnt Comic strip and welcome to the unit, they have known something about the colours. The aims of this unit is to improve the students’ reading and using English abilities by reading the article. Help students establish the correct aesthetic conceptions. Part 2 Teaching Demands 1.To understand what colours represent. 2.To recognize and understand vocabulary about emotions. 3.To match colours to the characteristics. 4.To know that colours can affect moods and different colours represent different characteristics .and use it in daily life . 5．To master the reading skills of scanning and skimming.
