Unit 4 Where do you work
Lesson 21 教学设计
教学目标:
1、使学生能够听、说、认、读的单词:on TV, CCTV, hospital.
2、能够熟练地掌握和理解句型:
—Where does he work? —He works in Beijing hospital.
—Where does she work? —She works at CCTV.
教学重难点:
能够理解并掌握Just Talk部分的对话,并熟练运用—Where does he/she work? —He/She works ......的句型进行基本会话。
教学准备:
1. 准备本课的教学挂图、PPT、音频视频、课堂活动练习材料。.
2. 准备节奏欢快的、学生熟悉的音乐音频。
3. 准备一些能体现职业特征的卡通图片。
教学过程:
1. 热身/复习(Warming-up / Revision)
1) 播放音乐《What do you want to be》,教师随着音乐,边唱边做职业的典型动作,学生随后模仿,在歌曲中复习职业名词并复习What do you want to be? I want to be a/an ...等表达方式,并活跃课堂气氛。
2) Copy-game. 教师说完“When I grow up, I want to be ......”,若学生有相同的想法,立即起立重复教师的句子,以此激发学生课堂参与热情,并调动起学生的学习积极性和表达意识。
3) Free talk. 教师随机询问学生“What do you want to be when you grow up?”学生通过“When I grow up I want to be ......”来表达自己的职业梦想。
2. 新课导入(Lead-in)
1) 教师出示农民、清洁工、记者等人物图片,请学生根据工作中使用的工具线索,猜测“What does he/she do?”,并根据图片提示回答“Where does he/she work?”通过图片线索,依次呈现句型“What does he/she do?”“He/She is a/an ...”“Where does he/she work?”“He/She works ...”学生通过分组问答、开火车轮流问答等
