Unit 3 Animal World 【第六课时】 Let’s Check 【教学目标】 1．检测前几课时所学过的动物类单词。 2．通过阅读及游戏再次学习描述动物的方法。 【教学重难点】 学习描述动物的方法。 【教学设计】 首先通过日常问候及歌曲来活跃课堂气氛，其次通过听、说、读写等方式来培养学生各方面的能力，最后通过练习来检测学生对前几课时的掌握情况。 【教学过程】 一、教学导入 1．日常问候。 T：Good morning, boys and girls! S：Good morning, teacher! T：Do you like animals? S：Yes. T：What animals do you like best? S：I like penguins. They are cute. T：Very good. Sit down, please. S：Thank you! 2．唱歌曲。 唱第五课时Fun Time 部分的歌曲。 歌曲内容如下： What kind of animal is a penguin? Is it a fish or a bird? Is it a reptile or a mammal? A penguin is a bird, take my word. What kind of animal is a blue whale? Is it a fish or a bird? Is it a reptile or a mammal? A whale is a mammal, take my word. 二、新课呈现 1．学习A部分。 （1）教师首先出示第一部分的熊猫，大象，鲨鱼和蝴蝶的图片，进行提问： T：What’s this?（教师出示熊猫的图片） S：It’s a panda. T：What kind of animals are pandas? S：They’re mammals. 依此形式再次复习其余elephant，shark和butterfly的单词及询问其种类的句型What kind of animals are…? （2）教师介绍图片中的两个小朋友分别是谁，然后对学生进行引导：Who saw these animals? （3）教师播放A部分的听力，要求学生将人物与图片配对。 （4）教师再次播放听力，讲解听
