1. Lead in
T: You can do so many things. You are helpful. Today I need your help. Look, I have a new house. There is a living room, beautiful! There is a study, wow, so many books! There is a kitchen. I can cook delicious food! There is a bathroom, nice! There is a bedroom. I think it’s not beautiful, so I want to make it nicer, can you help me?
