1、评分原则
1)本题总分为15分,按5个档次给分。
2)评分时,先根据话题的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求来衡量确定或调整档次,最后给分。

4)评分时,应主要从以下三个方面考虑:
(1)对内容要点的呈现情况;
(2)应用语法结构和词汇的准确性、得体性;
(3)上下文的逻辑连贯性。
5)拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面,评分时,应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。
6)若考生能使用较高级的词汇、短语、句型或应用一些使文章层次分明的词汇,可酌情加1-2分。
7)不拘泥于范文。除提示的内容要点外,学生自己增加的要点,只要理由充分、合乎情理,均应给分。对优秀的作文应给高分(而不是保守分!)以保证公平性。
